Marketing Manager – Maternity Cover Salary up to £55,000.00 per annum, dependent on experience. Fixed term for 12 months Maternity Cover - Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30, (2 days remote & 3 days in Greenwich office) Hybrid with UK travel as required.

You will be responsible for driving company growth through the planning, execution and delivery of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns. You will lead initiatives to build brand awareness, manage marketing budgets, analyse market and performance data, and oversee marketing activity that supports sales and customer engagement across both digital and traditional channels.
The role will play a hands-on part in shaping and delivering email marketing and paid media campaigns, website updates, PPC and SEO activity, as well as managing day-to-day marketing operations. Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, you will help ensure consistent, engaging messaging and high-quality marketing output across all touchpoints.
We are looking for a proactive, performance-driven marketer with a strong grasp of the full marketing mix, a passion for digital innovation, and the ability to confidently manage campaigns, stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Core Competencies
Educated to degree level or equivalent in marketing, digital media communications or related field
Master's degree or professional qualification (CIM) in a relevant field will be advantageous.
Essential Knowledge and Experience
5 years minimum demonstratable experience in a similar marketing role
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels and branding.
Expertise in digital strategy, SEO, paid media and website optimisation
